Your Discord support, finally sorted, in every server you run.

Members press a button and land in a private ticket with the right team. You set it up by clicking, and every server you manage lives in one dashboard.

The Sortr dashboard editing a panel called Support: its settings on the left, and on the right a live preview of the message members see in Discord, with buttons for General help, Billing and Report a player.
For one server or fifty

Every server you run, one sign-in away.

Sign in with Discord once and every server you manage is there. Set up a panel in one, copy it to the rest in a couple of clicks, and find any closed ticket from the same dashboard.

  • One login for all your servers
  • Copy panels between servers: roles and channels are matched by name
  • Copying again updates the copies
The dashboard's server list: nine servers, each with its member count, open tickets and panels, and a Manage button.
Copy from another server: a search box, and Nightfall RP's panels: Support, Ban appeals listed under it as opening from Support's buttons, and Whitelist application.
How it works

Live in four steps.

No account to create, nothing to install. Your Discord login is all it takes.

01

Sign in with Discord

Sortr lists every server you manage. No new account and no password to remember.

02

Add Sortr to a server

One click from the dashboard opens Discord with that server already picked.

03

Set up a panel

Write the message, choose the buttons, add questions and pick who handles the tickets. The preview shows exactly what members will see.

04

Send it

Post it to a channel. Members press a button, get a private ticket, and every closed ticket can keep its transcript.

What's inside

Simple on day one.
Powerful when you need it.

Every part of a ticket's life, from the button a member presses to the transcript your staff keep.

Ticket types

Many ticket types, one post.

Show ticket types as buttons or a dropdown, each with its own settings. A button can open a panel of its own, and the dashboard keeps those together under the post they belong to.

  • Up to 25 ticket types on one post
  • Buttons or a dropdown menu
  • Its own team, questions and limits for each
  • Change a posted panel in place with one click
Questions first

Every ticket starts with what your team needs.

A Discord form pops up when a member presses the button, so the first message in the ticket already answers the questions your staff would ask.

  • Up to five questions on a form
  • The answers open the ticket
  • Answers to a Google Sheet, one row per ticket
Transcripts

Every closed ticket, kept your way.

When a ticket closes, Sortr can post its transcript to a staff channel, send it to the member, or keep it on Sortr, encrypted.

  • To a staff channel, to the member, or both
  • Copies kept on Sortr are encrypted
  • Searchable in each server's closed tickets
Closed tickets: a searchable list of tickets by number and member, each with when it closed, what it was about and a Saved transcript.

And everything around it.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else: team@sortr.xyz.

Do my members need to set anything up?

No. They press a button on the panel in your server, answer any questions you ask, and land in a private channel with your staff. Nothing to install, no commands to learn.

Can I use Sortr in more than one server?

Yes. Every server you manage shows up after one Discord sign-in. Set up a panel once and copy it to the others; roles and channels are matched by name, and copying again updates the copies.

What happens to ticket conversations?

When a ticket closes, Sortr can post a transcript to a staff channel, send it to the member, and keep a copy on sortr.xyz. Copies kept on Sortr are encrypted and deleted after the retention period you choose. The privacy policy has the details.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU, with encrypted backups. Copies Sortr posts into Discord are kept by Discord, and the privacy policy lists the few services that may handle data elsewhere. Sortr loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and uses only the cookies it needs to work.
